Method of Escape is a literal method of escape for Thai Nguyen, serving as a vessel to express feelings and experiences in a musical context. In the studio, it is solely driven by Thai with intermittent help from friends, but it morphs into a different machine in a live setting. Ideologically and sonically influenced by Nine Inch Nails, Paul McCartney, Billy Joel, Scorpions, and Gary Moore among others.

Debut eponymous album was released in June of 2014 and available for download and streaming on various platforms. New album, Not The Same, follows suit and will be available on major social media networks and streaming services.
